Returns Policy

 

Please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your full priced purchase and receive a store credit minus original postage cost. Only purchases deemed faulty will be eligible for a refund. We must receive your purchase within 7 days from the date you receive your delivery, after this time sales are deemed final. Therefore email us at [email protected] as soon as you receive your purchase. The following must apply to your return:

  • Must be received in the time frame specified
  • Must be unused, unworn and undamaged and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Must not have fake tan, make up or any other marks or smell like perfume, washing powder or any other product
  • Online orders CANNOT be returned in the bricks and mortar store, you must contact us for an RA and return via postage

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us and to ensure your items arrive within our returns policy period. Unfortunately we cannot hold items in store while we wait for your item/s to be returned.

We will inspect all returns on receipt of items and any that fail to comply will be returned to the purchaser.

Items returned outside of the 7 days will not be accepted, and you will be liable for return shipping from reserveathamman Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Undergarments, earrings, accessories, discounted/sale items and gift vouchers are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to issue a refund on returns due to sizing, fit or change of mind.
